Way better than expected - Edit
I had the paella at Cuba Libre, which is vegan and gluten free. It was so tasty and packed with veggies. Our waitress was vegetarian and very knowledgeable of vegan items on the menu. They have an impressive cocktail menu. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would definitely go back.

found out this was where i was going for a bday dinner and was so relieved when i found the vegan options! paella was AMAZINGGGG and the sides i tried were all so good as well. :,)

Lucky to have stumbled in here on a rainy evening. The food and atmosphere are both great. I started with a an Ananas Guac and than had the vegetable paella!

I got invited here for a birthday dinner and came with low expectations for the food. I was surprised to see several vegan options. Unfortunately I didn’t take pics but I had the vegetarian paella which comes vegan as is. The trio of dips (black bean hummus, salsa, & guac) is vegan as is also. I had that with a side of white rice, black beans, and tostones. This place has really dope vibes and is really big. A good spot for a date night. Definitely recommend

DELISH Paella - Edit
I really enjoyed the restaurant's ambiance, music, and food. Although there were not too many vegan mains, there were plenty of vegan side and appetizers which left me very satisfied. The paella was the star, alongside their guac. I would come back with friends and suggest it for Orlando vegans who want to go somewhere fun with out-of-town guests!
