Dreadful experience. - Edit
Where do I even start.
Read moreThe past night we ordered the 6 variations of vegan pizzas, large. two lots of not-chicken bites, 4 portions of chips with Cajun seasoning and some apple pie bites.
The pizzas came and none of them had any vegan cheese. At all. The menu stated they all had cheese and we knew that crust aren't known for loading up on cheese on their pizzas so we paid the $3 extra per pizza to ensure they'd be nice and gooey.
They didn't look terrible, so we did try them to see if the taste made up for the lack of cheese. It did not.
The crust was meant to be a sesame seasoned crust, which it wasn't. It was hard, thin and chewy. I love eating crusts but we must have left half the portion of pizza due to how inedible it was, and the fact the toppings didn't reach anywhere near the edge of the pizza.
The peppered pineapple wasn't seasoned, just regular pineapple, the shepherds lie pizza was missing the carrots meant to be on it and that one in particular was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. I always say bad pizza is better than no pizza but I could barely swallow it.
The chips came unseasoned, soggy yet dry. Lukewarm, flavourless and the boxes were half filled. The apple pie bites were burned in spots, and came with no sugar and cinnamon coating as advertised.
And they didn't even bother to send us the not-chicken bites. Probably for the best considering how terrible the rest of the food was.
We managed to get partial compensation from doordash for this but I would never, ever order from a crust again. I feel cheated out of money, and I'm astounded they had the nerve to send out food like that.

Fairly ordinary. - Edit
Place is clean and staff helpful. Tried their vegan jackfruit pizza. Crust was decent, but the topping lacked any flavour. Not much jackfruit on it. Needed more herbs, as it was fairly bland. Needed cooking for a bit longer also. The garlic bread was dissapointing. Was like the frozen, store purchased kind. Overall, not that impressed. Prob won't get again. At $20 for large pizza, its was dissapointing.
