A gem of a find in Cardigan - Edit
We happened upon this delightful little eatery, noticing they did Vegan options. We treated ourselves to a take out for lunch. Delicious homemade pasty and an immense salad. A friendly welcome and fabulous food.

A must visit - Edit
This place is tucked away but well worth looking for and going to! Very welcoming and the food choice and taste was excellent. We had a pasty with salads and sweet potato with chilli and salads. All the food was amazing. The vegan coleslaw was made on the spot. Great service and delicious home made food. Highly recommend.

Busy, well priced vegetarian cafe that does a couple of vegan options. - Edit
It was busy when we arrived so I missed out on the vegan options. Becky is the owner/chef and was very apologetic about this. Great selections of salads and the vegan Blueberry & Lime cake more than made up for it. This is a very small establishment with outside seating, which was great as the weather was gorgeous that day. I’d definitely go back 🤗

This a super sweet, simple place with a nice choice of vegan options. But more importantly the Lady running it is great at making you feel welcome and cared for. Food was super tasty.

A little hidden gem - Edit
It was so nice to find somewhere that served traditional vegetarian food. We are so often lured into burgers and chips and this is NOT what you will get here.

The owner was very chatty and friendly. We will definitely go again when we're in the area and you should too .
(I only give five stars to vegan establishments but as veggie ones go, this was exceptional.)
Pros: Lots of vegan options, Tasty, Healthy options
Cons: Short hours, No indoor seating , Not a vegan establishment

Great lunchtime food - Edit
We ate here today and had an excellent lunch. Family of 5 - 2 vegan and 3 vegetarian. Really delicious food, plenty of salad with main dish and really good value. So glad we found it - we all love our food and love finding small independent places like this.

A little hidden gem 😊 - Edit
"Are you both hungry?" Becky asked 😊
Read moreSuch a great little find, Crowes is an amazing little cafe with such delicious homemade vegetarian food made and served by Becky who is so friendly and welcoming. We had roast vegetable lasagne served with mixed salad, potatoes and coleslaw, followed by a beautiful piece of carrot cake.
Crowes is located in a small courtyard on the high street opposite HSBC bank.
I highly recommend Crowes to anyone looking for a vegetarian cafe in Cardigan. 😊

great little cafe - Edit
great little cafe that is now purely vegetarian, run by Becky who cooks, serves, and makes everybody feel very welcome. Good choice of tasty vegetarian food e.g. veg crumble, veg lasagne. Large variety of delicious, interesting and nutritious salads. Choice of vegan main, e.g. sweet potato stew, falafel, plus a variety of salads. Take out in recyclable containers, or eat in. Good coffee, good cakes, including raw cake.
