Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. Delicious food.

A few vegan options, eg for breakfast, Cross Green Classic with tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, hashbrown, toast, vegan sausage £8.50 and for lunch, The Fun-Guy with mushrooms, garlic, white wine, lemon thyme, rocket and vegan parmesan on toasted sourdough £8.00. I had the Fun-Guy and it was delicious. Went with a gluten free friend and lots of gluten free options too. Serves alternative milks. I have photos but they wont upload at the moment, so will try later.

Pros: Great location with indoor and outdoor seating, Friendly passionate husband and wife team, Well thought out combinations of dishes

Cons: Would have like to see more vegan dishes, Would have like to see clearly labelled vegan cake
