Yummy yummy yummy - Edit
Honestly it was delicious!
Read moreAnd in my opinion well worth the price.
I got the “strawberry matcha roll” and a soy iced matcha which without asking for sugar was already sweet enough :)
$10 for croissant
$6.50? I think? For the drink

Plenty of Vegan Pastries - Edit
I popped into this cafe while waiting for a friend and was happily surprised to see the amount of vegan pastries. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

Amazing variety of vegan croissants - Edit
We tried almost every thing. The savoury one was ordinary but the sweet ones were amazing, clear winners.

Vegan croissants - Edit
I followed this place on Insta for months, drooling over the amazing looking posts and wowed by the range of vegan options. I finally made a day to try them and turned up when they opened to avoid the long lines they often show in their posts. This was my mistake I guess as they didn't have the full range available for another hour. I purchased 3 varieties and took them home. We didn't eat them till after dinner but by that time they had lost their freshness. I'm wondering if they really need to be consumed straight away. Over all they get a 10 for looks but an 8 for taste.

Get in quick - Edit
Umm the plain croissant was yum but their raspberry matcha sent me sideways. They always have a good selection of staple vegan flavours but also dish out new and interested vegan options regularly too. Get in quick though because they sell out quickly

Love the classics - Edit
Have been here a couple of times already to try their plain, and pain au chocolate (which is delicious!).
Read moreToday we had the Magnum croll (with it's delicious chocolate shell and bit of cream inside). The croll itself is quite thick and not flaky like a croissant. It would be great to try this freshly out of the oven but otherwise I would love it if they did a croissant with a chocolate shell).
We also tried the hot cross bun cube croissant. I wasn't getting much of a hot cross bun flavour until we got to the cream inside, which tasted like chai/hot cross bun spice, and was utterly delicious!
The cube croissant itself is like the croll, too thick to be flaky like a classic croissant.
I prefer their classic offerings, like the plain croissant, and pain au chocolate, but it's always interesting to see the new flavour combinations they come up with.
Pros: Great plain and chocolate croissant

look out for the specials - Edit
Great to see a new enterprise from the lovely people who started Staple. Although I do miss their tempeh! Their croissants are the best around. The pandan special was truly special!

Deserve 5 STARS (the app does not give option) - Edit
Honestly I feel so lucky to live nearby and being able to go there often. For me it is so hard to find descent croissants. I am french so since I am vegan, I have never tried to look for the same taste because they are often too dry or not as "fluffy". I was so amazed by the quality of their croissants and the constant ingenuity behind new flavours, shapes and choices! I honestly compare their croissants to other Melbourne vegan bakery and none have so far beat the croix ones! I recently went back home and visited Land and Monkeys (being consider for most the best vegan bakery you'll get in Paris) and I am not joking when I am saying these were on the same level.

As long as they sell products of animal abuse they won’t get 5 stars.

Flakey pastry - Edit
We went towards the end of the day so they were sold out of a few of the items. There were probably about 5 croissant flavours and a couple of savory options too. I really enjoyed the pistachio chocolate croissant and my partner liked the plain croissant too.

Nice croissants - Edit
We came here for lunch and there were a few vegan specific croissants as well as a few pastries where vegan options were available. I bought a plain vegan croissant and my partner had the vegan eggplant parma. My croissant was soft in the middle and flaky on the outside. It tasted nice. My partner really enjoyed the eggplant Parma and I enjoyed the bite I had of this. I’d like to go back and try some of the other pastries.

Buttery vegan croissants!?!!! - Edit
Baked fresh daily, there is always a line at this little bakery. The croissants are beautiful you can’t buy just one. My family were very impressed when I brought them to a picnic. The flavours are unique and I can tell they are always adding new editions (as per their Instagram). Stand out for me would be the creamy pandan croissant.
