Uitzonderlijk lekker en gezond - Edit
Fijne ontdekking op de langste veggie tafel te Mechelen. Enorm enthousiast en met passie presenteerden zij de Italiaanse keuken. Onze favoriet was de casatiello die we zeker nog eens gaan uitproberen in de toekomst.

Was hoping to get warmed up here with some vegan pastry and a coffee, but it's not a place to have a seat, only take-away. So actually more a shop.

Nice vegan pizza slice - Edit
Enjoyed the vegan pizza, which had a wood-smoke flavour to it. Presumably cooked in a wood fired oven? The chocolate and jam cookie was good too.
Read moreNo seating in this restaurant so we had to seek refuge from the drizzly weather in the (beautiful) local library, where there is a public indoor picnic/study area in the halls.

Cristina welcomes you with open arms and explains every item on the menu with a passion. The same passion you can taste in the dishes. They are home made, healthy, honest and full of flavour! Balance between veggie and vegan dishes is great.
Read moreI very much enjoy every (take-away) visit to her shop. I have recommended this place to numerous people, and everyone is 100% convinced from their first visit.
IF I have to make a small note, it would be that some salad or veggie based dishes are not as stomach-filling as, for instance, the pasta dishes. They could use some more fats/proteins. Although I don't mind having to buy a desert. :)
Pros: Enough choice, Fresh and flavourpacked, Honest price
Cons: Some vegetable dishes are not satiating enough
