Read moreAlthough they didn’t have any of the sweet crepes marked as vegan, I asked if there were any and the very accommodating waitress said they could use the vegan dough - so I got one with apple compote! Delicious

First thing: I am picky with Galette bc I make a good one myself. I like that they are least had a vegan option plus I think you could also build your own one which might be the better choice here. Why? Because the mix they offer was a bit dry. Obviously it was lacking cheese and they missed out on substituting with enough fat and creamyness. Not even salad had extra dressing. After all, it was still tasty. We even got a sweet version upon request.
