Best Crêperie with vegan options on menu

Creperie found with Happycow offering a clearly marked vegan option on their menu.
Very welcoming and the ingredients were all very vegan.
The staff are very attentive.
With 30 seats, reservations are strongly recommended.
I tasted a delicious galette with salad, ingredients like chia seeds and apple compote cooked in its own juice.
The dessert was delicious, but the staff warned us that the sorbets contained milk.
I had a galette for dessert with chocolate and lemon.
It's so rare in Brittany to find a crêperie with clear vegan options. I'd recommend it!
