Visited the store today (29 August 2020) and we sat down to eat. Due to the Covid restrictions you have to order online using your phone, whilst I was doing this my 11 year Daughter was bored so decided to slide her paper straw along the table. The manager came over and very rudely shouted at my daughter and said "if there are any marks on the table I will ask you to leave". Now I don't have an issue with the manager asking my daughter to do this as if I wasn't distracted having to order the menu online I probably would have asked my daughter to stop as well (although it was paper so not sure it would damage the table) but it was the manner in which the manager confronted my daughter who is a child. She was very rude and abrupt. That is not how you deal with people especially children we also heard the manager shouting at two young boys who came in via the wrong entrance. I will not be visiting the store again and will ensure that everyone I know does not visit.

To be fair the other staff working there were very polite and did their best but the manager (who may also be the owner as I understand that Creams are a Franchise) spoilt our experience, the crepe we ordered was Luke warm so we ate a small portion and then just left.

Avoid this place, the manager cannot deal with children like this!
