I go as frequently as I can! My go-to is the Asian salad or the Meadow Vegan sandwich packed with Kale. Both are excellent!!

Pros: Local ingredients , Locally owned, Charming atmosphere

Great sandwich for lunch. - Edit

I love the vegan sandwich. Wife got the vegetarian and loved it too. In the past, they had a vegan Thai needle salad that was good. Check the website for specials. Often have a soup or salad option that is vegan or vegetarian. Pretty much always crowded in my experience.
