potentially the best vegan ramen i've had! we got the veggie gyoza to start and green curry ramen--both were excellent! super flavorful, huge bowl of noodles, with delicious tofu and vegetables. staff is very friendly!

I got the acorn squash curry ramen and vegetable wontons (both vegan) and loved them. The tofu I added to the ramen was squishy and not great so I'd leave that off next time. I loved the wontons! Also the interior smelled like straight up ammonia so I got my food to go.

Vegan options - Edit
Staff was knowledgeable with what could be veganized. The first time I got squash based ramen (pictured). The most recent time I believe it was a sweet potato miso ramen. I preferred the latter dish.

Was Great, Now Just Ok - Edit
Crane used to be a good choice for vegans. While there weren't many options on the menu, the ones that were there were very good. The restaurant has a new chef (effective roughly June 2021) and the new menu has far fewer choices and completely removed the delicious vegan curry ramen. It's a shame, because this used to be one of my favorite places to go.

They usually have 2 vegan friendly ramens on the menu! Go on tuesdays for the 10 dollar special! (Most full size ramen bowls are only 10 bucks)
