Great tasty food! Wow

I found them on the Vegan Chef Challenge list. I am thoroughly impressed by the way they can incorporate vegetables and tofu into their food. We sampled all 3 items on the challenge list and the flavors were amazing. The produce was so fresh! I wish I had known about this restaurant earlier. It is now one of my new favorites in Springfield. #Veganuary

Chipotle but for sushi

This is my favorite place to get sushi due to the customizable menu. It's nice to see they have two locations as well. The pricing is fair, but it's a better deal to get a poke bowl than a sushi roll -- it gives you more food for your buck. Then again, that's how sushi usually is -- small and expensive. But their rolls are bigger than other sushi places for sure! I enjoy getting tofu rolls with cucumber, carrot, avocado, green onion, and edamame with spicy Thai sauce, sesame seeds, and crunchy tempura on top.

Pros: Fair prices, Friendly staff, Marked vegan options

Great fast food sushi

Very friendly staff. They have lots of vegan items on the menu. The staff makes it right in front of you just how you want it.

Great local vegan sushi option!

Such a friendly, local sushi restaurant. They make it super easy to enjoy sushi as a vegetarian/vegan because of it being customizable. It's like a Chipotle for sushi! One of my favorite places to go in Springfield!

Pros: Lots of vegetable options, Customizable sushi and poke bowls, Super friendly staff

Cons: No vegetarian/vegan option on menu
