Don't walk, run to this food truck! - Edit
We are originally from Texas but now live here in Kanab. These are spot on Austin style street tacos! They are incredibly flavorful and served to perfection. They offer a 3 tacos for $10 meal deal on Sundays so my husband and I were able to try all 4 tacos on the menu by sharing. We can't decide which we loved the best because they were all absolutely scrumptious! Also, the queso is delicious! Don't walk, run to this food truck!

Hidden gem of a food truck - Edit
Unexpected find in small town while travelling between Zion and Grand Canyon. Currently located behind an Art gallery with a couple of picnic tables for seating. Small menu, we tried each of the 4 tacos and they were all delicious. Great service, well priced and all available Gluten free

A delicious variety of tacos and nachos, all unique and freshly made. The Coyote Sky food truck is parked in a great location behind Ravens Heart Gallery with an adjoining beautiful, shady outdoor space to eat. Ever since they opened my family and I have gone almost every weekend for the deliciousness. We missed one week and I spent M-F craving nachos - made up for it doubly on Saturday night! Guilt free and I don’t remember life without Coyote Sky Tacos!

Best vegan tacos out there - Edit
Hands down the best vegan tacos I’ve ever had. You will not be disappointed! The queso is out of this world good. After a long day of traveling, Coyote Sky Tacos was such a welcome treat. The Nacho Mama was my fave, and my 11-month old son enjoyed the food too! ❤️

Yummy tacos - Edit
Saw their truck when I arrived in town and waited eagerly for the weekend to give them a try. I tried all three tacos and they were delicious. Follow Coyote Sky on social media to know where you can find them Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
