Read moreI appreciated that they offer tofu in their scrambles and that the wait person was familiar with how to veganize menu choices. I ended up getting the Greek scramble with the cheese left off. Once I doctored it with salsa and salt it was ok but the tofu served as is was plain and not very interesting. Everything was extremely oily.
I probably wouldn't return to this location but it's a nice option if you're in the area and have a hankering for breakfast.

Cowboys corner is the best spot around. I ate there for years as a vegetarian and they have SO many options! As a vegan this past year, they’ve always been accommodating and can whip up delicious tofu scrambles with toast or tortillas, beans, and potatoes. I’ve eaten there dozens of times and never have I been disappointed.

I had the Greek scramble, with tofu (minus the cheese), added avocado, also swapped the home fries for regular fries. Topped with their salsa. Delicious. Decent size portion. Great service.
