BEST ICE CREAM SANDWICHES! - Edit
You HAVE TO try these cookies and ice cream sandwiches! Earlier today we tried the blue magic ice cream sandwich from Love Life cafe and became so obsessed we had to look Courtney up and ask where else we could find her cookies. When we discovered we could get them directly from her business in Coral Gables on most evenings we immediately went and enjoyed a raspberry vanilla (soon to be discontinued) ice cream sandwich. Was not disappointed. If you’re a vegan and miss the comfort of a big ole ice cream sandwich you’ll quickly fall in love with Courtney’s… the bonuses being that she uses only the most wholesome healthy ingredients (so like, no headaches or sugar crashes after you eat one.. your body will be grateful for these “health food” dessert that taste even better than sugary junky desserts) and the flavors are unique and you won’t easily be able to stop thinking about them. I love love love how natural yet delicious these are.. the best quality treat I’ve enjoyed in a while! Highly highly recommend!
