New (almost) vegan café in Minsk! - Edit
I was so very excited to hear there was a new almost fully vegan café in Minsk. (They do have honey, please ask). The food is simple, but very tasty. You have dozens and dozens of different dishes to choose from. The prices are very, very low. I paid 26 roubles (7,5 euros) for a soup, a patty with tofu and spinach, a mini pizza, 5 cookies and a chocolate/cherry cake. VERY CHEAP!

Unfortunately, the café is closed on Saturdays for religious reasons from what I understood (owners are Adventists).
Fully recommend this café 👌🏼
