Fine. Don’t Get Rice. - Edit
Tasty food but very limited options. Salad without rice or chicken. Beans are very good. Same for burrito. Rice made with butter. Load it with beans and guacamole and it’s a fine meal. Elko!

Tasty and Satisfying - Edit
It's not glamorous but who cares when you're hungry in the middle of Nevada! The servers were very accommodating when we asked what they had for vegans and built us two huge black bean burritos. There were plenty of additions such as guacamole, lettuce, tomato, jalapeno, cilantro, corn relish, onions, salsa and probably other items I'm not remembering. The finished product was big and delicious! I will remember this place in Elko the next road trip I take across Nevada on I-80.
