Limited choices for vegan meals - Edit
I was informed that they use the same oil to fry pork and veggie foods such as tofu.

A few vegan options inside the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens - Edit
Venue was awesome. Very relaxing and beautiful. You'll need to ask about vegan options. Vegetarian options clearly labeled. There are fewer vegan options, but the park itself is worth it. Food was slightly above average. Brochure says it was voted one of the nation's top three museum dining destinations. Could have been better. Wasn't bad but wasn't the best I've had. I ordered the Tofu Teriyaki and the Wakame salad.

Cons: Had to inquire about vegan options.
