AMAZING

So rare to find a place that does vegan and gf baked goods well and this place is it! Obsessed.

Beware

Be very careful when ordering from this place if you are wanting sprinkles, a lot of their options have shellac to make the sprinkles shinier!

Love Corina!

It can be feast or famine at times when it comes to the vegan options, but everything they do vegan they do well. At a minimum you will find vegan pumpkin bread, chocolate chip cookies, and their homemade energy bars. There are usually savory items available too (e.g. breakfast burrito)

Awesome

I would give 5 stars if I could! Corina is so good, there’s usually vegan cupcakes, cakes, pastries, and other options clearly labeled. They have gluten free options too. The vegan pot pie is so good, top tier comfort food. And the king’s favorite cake is to die for. I always get my birthday cakes here, it’s the best!

Pros: Delicious , Clear labels, Caters

Cons: Sometimes they run out of vegan options

Great cakes

I get my sons birthday cake here every year. It is pricey but the amount of custom vegan options are totally worth it, not to mention they are always beyond delicious. They will have fun with the decorations, you just have to talk to them. There is always a comments box and they pay attention to it. They always call to confirm orders, so you can clarify that way too.

They have other vegan options that are clearly marked in the cases.

Great cakes! But they make mistakes.

I have had really great cake slices from Corina, my favorites were Vanilla Espresso and Orange Vanilla. The prices are really reasonable at ~$5-5.50/slice, in my opinion, the other vegan cake slices in Seattle tend to run $7-9/slice. I have had their cake pops, and seen vegan cookies, sweet loaves, and savory items, but haven't tried them.

Edit (2/25/20): I have twice bought items to go only to find, once I am over a half hour away, that they put the wrong (non-vegan) item in the bag/box. I couldn't eat them, so my money and time were wasted.😡Double-check your orders to go.

Amazing cakes and ice cream sandwiches!

Corina is a fantastic little place. They have a variety of vegan offerings, but sometimes sell out (and understandably so). They have savory and sweet options, but their cakes and pumpkin loaf are the best! My husband and I picked up an orange cake with vanilla frosting yesterday, and it was indescribably delicious. My favorite thing there, however, is the vegan chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches they offer in the summer. Nothing compares!

The cake was amazing!!

We stopped in Sat afternoon and had a slice of the vegan Aztec chocolate cake and it was better then expected. Corinas is one of many places in Tacoma that have just a few vegan options, but we are great full to have yet another spot where we can get a vegan treat.

Pros: The cake was worth it, Coffee is good, Friendly staff

Cons: As usual there was only a few vegan choices , Not a lot of seating

Ok coffee, good cake

I've been here a few times. It's not my favorite place in town, but I do appreciate the vegan options. I ordered the orange flavored vegan. It was fantastic! This is a good spot to go for coffee and sweets, not really so much for breakfast or substantial food.

Pros: Great vegan cake, rotating vegan options

Cons: coffee is alright, no healthy vegan food

Ooo la la

Stopped in this wonderful bakery and was delightfully surprised at the amount of available vegan choices. I decided to go with the energy bar and pumpkin loaf. Both came out to just over five dollars. Every bite was delicious and I could not be happier with everything. Staff is amazing and helpful. Had a decent chat. Would recommend Corina's to anyone in search of some delicious vegan baked goods.

Pros: Amazing food, Great service, Great atmosphere

Usually great options

I will often stop in here before work as the coffee is usually very good here and it is nice to get a treat after working out and going in for a long day at work.

The vegan options can range from minimal (pumpkin loaf, quinoa cookies, energy bar only) to plentiful with many cake and treat options that are always huge and really great.
The staff is only friendly. They may let you know if something vegan is about to come out of the kitchen. They also have a day-old table and you can sometimes find a really good vegan option on the table for half-price which just means I end up eating more.

They take the vegan food and gluten free options very seriously here. You won't get half-sized or dry cakes like some other places. Definitely worth checking out with nice outdoor seating and a great view of the South Sound.

Pros: great big moist cakes, Great coffee, Good service

Cons: sometimes lesser vegan options - unpredi

Cons: gluten free vegan cake not available eve

Friendly Nieghborhood Treat-ery

US Air Guitar meets Tacoma. As USAG passes through Tacoma, I made sure they experienced Corina Bakery! Layered cookies, vegan items too, bread, hand sculpted espresso drinks, , plenty of tables to take a quick brake from your hectic day. We stopped for a bowl of soup (to go bowl) at Infinity Soup around the corner, we needed a sweet treat to complete our meal. Cornina Bakery let us finish our soup in their shop before we devoured their treats and mocha.
Friendly, helpful, comfortable, and delicious! Worth the stop!

Pros: Delicious, Vegan available, Friendly

Cons: street parking

Is not a vegan bakery but the make very good vegan cakes. The cookies and other snacks are also quite good. Is slightly expensive but it is worth it for special occasions. The lavender honey cake (can be made w/o honey) was amazing!

Pros: vegan, taste, cake was a generous size

Cons: price
