Great food with a lot of vegan options. Mostly plant based menu - but need to ask to be sure which are vegan as they're not marked. Nice location by the water.

Terrific food ! - Edit
My wife and I ate here last week while traveling through the area. I had the jambalaya and my wife had the spinach salad. Both were delicious and the jambalaya was seasoned to perfection. The owner/ chef, Mary, is very knowledgeable about vegan and plant based diets and her menu is a dream for those of us who find it so difficult to find good restaurants who cater to our needs. Be sure to make this a stop when you are in the Hancock area you will be pleasantly surprised.

plant-based & right on the canal! - Edit
I was thrown off when I walked inside asking for a take-out menu and the owner said she "didn't do trash" meaning she didn't have them since its waste. I wasn't expecting much from this place when we stopped, maybe a black bean burger and fries. So I was completely surprised to see that this menu is almost completely vegan! She has one salmon dish and a dish or two with a little dairy, but it's the closest you'll find to a vegan spot in town. This place also comes with some education about a vegan lifestyle. Ask for privacy if you aren't up for conversation
