The General Copper bowl was filling, delicious, and made with fresh ingredients. Soup was good as well. The carrot cake was a little dry, but good nonetheless. Great to have a 100% vegan and healthy lunch spot in the Confluence shopping center!

We understand it was 8:45pm, but unfortunately, our order was incomplete, rushed, and below average. I so much wanted to give a vegan restaurant five stars because we need more of this! And delivery was very fast— kudos for that!! However, we missed a portion of fries— which were straight up beyond moist— wet, if you may, and squiggly, (And no, this wasn’t because of the rain). The burger was “ok” but the cake was very dry and definitely not fresh. Too bad for €37...... way too expensive for the lack in quality.

Les limonades maison (qui sont en fait des infusions) sont très bonnes.
Énorme déception avec le gâteau au chocolat en dessert, sec à souhait et insipide...
L'endroit reste un fast food mais j'ai apprécié le fait que l' enseigne à opté pour des assiettes/couvertes réutilisables.

Ce restaurant est l'un des plus variés que l'on puisse trouver à Lyon. Au niveau des protéines proposées dans les bowls et burgers, c'est très bon et on ne retrouve pas autant de choix ailleurs.
