Exquisite pastries! - Edit
I’ve tried the vegan pecan pie, lemon pie, chocolate bûche, and peanut butter cookie, all vegan and gluten-free. Every item was absolutely delicious, with beautiful presentation and a refined taste. The flavors and textures were perfectly balanced, making each bite a true delight. Highly recommended if you’re craving something sweet and sophisticated.

Coeliac heaven - Edit
Coming to Paris since my coeliac diagnosis has always been tinged with the sadness of not being able to partake of a French baguette but no more! This gluten free bakery has no less than 3 different types - I plumped for the sourdough & it was so good I had to buy more to bring home with me. There were also several vegan pastries, cakes & patisserie on offer. It would have been rude not to try at least a couple. The peanut plaited pastry I had was delicious and so large it lasted for 2 breakfasts. Similarly the pecan caramel tart I had was gorgeous but so big I couldn’t eat it all (& I’m not often defeated by food!!).

Very friendly staff and great coffee. Perfect for vegan and gluten-free food. My celiac friend was in heaven (and me too).

Beautiful Gluten Free Vegan Options - Edit
We had a cute raspberry lychee tart, lemon tart (we had it two days in a row), and pistachio cake. Matcha and coffee were excellent. Def cool vibes, everything was fresh, fruit forward tasting. Prices were decent for a niche bakery with quality ingredients. The base of the tarts is definitely an “oat cake” but the bonus is no tummy ache after. I’m not gf but enjoyed what we had. I’d be a regular if I lived nearby. Not guilt free but no sugar bomb crash feeling after.

Some vegan options but without delight - Edit
They have some vegan options like a sandwich with tofu and avocado and a few sweets - cakes, cinnamon rolls. But everything is gluten free and it a little strange in taste. There is also only one table to sit so it is better to take away the food.

The best vegan gluten free bakery options in Paris - Edit
This is my favorite place in Paris, just down the street from where we are staying in Le Marais. Beautiful gluten free bakery, with so many vegan options and friendly helpful staff, especially Nicolas, who speaks Italian, French, and English! The quinoa baguette is heavenly and so is the buckwheat baguette. The fig walnut bread is delicious. I love the cinnamon bun, and although I don’t usually like cake, I love the pistachio cake so much that I ordered a whole one to take back home with me. I see so many sandwiches in shops in Paris, and finally I can get one that is vegan and gluten free! The cappuccino is delicious too. We have come here every day on our vacation to Paris, and I just wish there was a Copains back home! It’s the best for vegan and also non vegan gluten free goodies. This is a Parisian gem and it is absolutely better than any of the vegan bakeries I’ve been to in Paris. Thank you, Copains, for making me very happy!

Beautiful modern bakery - Edit
This is a realy cute place . They are very friendly and enthusiastic about their creations. I had a kind of cinamon pastel. I liked it was not too sweet and went well with the cofe.
Read moreYou have to take on account that it us gluten free so it misses some if the “gluten euphoria” you get in the normal french bakeries… but then you feel light for the rest of your day in Paris ;)
It has a good vibe and amazing esthetics
Pros: Not too sweet, Good vibe and service, Beautiful
Cons: No gluten…

Singular organic bakery - Edit
Copains offers diverse plant based sweet options, also breads and a vegan sandwich, including a wide gluten-free offer. The shop is inviting and the goods are beautifully presented. Plant based options are clearly denominated, even all of the ingredients of each treat are listed in corresponding etiquettes. I wasn’t a fan of their cinnamon babka, which I found very dry, neither did I like much the limited edition of a cranberry guglhupf with raspberry coulant. I'm however besotted by their pistachio cake with white chocolate and am sure that there remain more delightful choices that I could be potty about.

Cool d’avoir cette option ! - Edit

Pros: Belle option , Plusieurs adresses à Paris
Cons: Seule option : babka cacahuète , Prix élevé
