Slightly more vegan friendly than average steak house - Edit
From the call to make reservations. Where they were short and told us of a limit on how long we can be at the table. To the check it was a disappointment. The bait and switch of their description above touting several vegan options, as well as specials. (Lunch menu only. Supposedly the roti is good. I’ll never know.). No substitutions policy. Insistence they can not make anything off the lunch menu. Only 2 vegan entrees on the dinner menu. When asked if a sweet potato mash that comes with one of the dinner entrees was vegan, the waitress said they don’t offer that as a side. The wait staff collected plates without asking if we were finished. We ran out of water and after requesting more 3 times had to flag another waitress down to get more.

Top of the Baths restaurant on virgin gorda is a much better experience. You would hope an eco-resort would embrace vegans and treat their customers more kindly.
Pros: In the BVI. , There are 2 vegan options for dinner. , The lunch menu DOES have items in the description
Cons: Not at all accommodating. Willfully so. , Very limited vegan dinner items. , Rude from reservation to the check.
