I tried 2 kinds of delicious tacos at Cool Beans. They’re serving up creative plant based proteins with plenty of fresh veg in their tacos. Wishing I’d also tried the street corn!

I love Cool Beans! I was so happy to find this truck offering simple but delicious Mexican style tacos. They're at a great location by Arlo's and Milky Way Shakes. The people who work there are pretty cool and make fresh tasting tacos. I love their refried beans and rice, so that is all that I really need in my taco to have a good experience. They do taco Tuesday deals which gives some good deals. If you want some really good tacos this is the place to go.

An Austin Must! - Edit
If you're in the market for some authentic vegan taco's then this is THE place. The owners are super passionate about what goes into the food and you'll only find the highest quality made-from-scratch ingredients in their food. My partner and I tried almost the whole menu during our time in Austin and we loved everything. I'd definitely recommend the Street Corn and The Outkast but you really can't go wrong here. Enjoy!

Amazing Mexican Food - Edit
I didn't eat here but my partner managed to try it out. He ordered a taco with tempeh and pineapple and this was sooo good - so flavoursome and tasted like real gourmet food but was also very cheap! He also ordered the street corn which was corn in a cup with lots of nice flavours, from sour cream, herbs and spices and lime. He loved both dishes he ordered!
