Vegan Tacos - Edit
Salsa was good but super spicy. Guacamole was excellent. Veg tacos were tasteless. I don’t think they used any spices at all. Two stars for the guacamole.

I liked it, my friend didn’t - Edit
I had the stuffed potato which was really delicious, and my friend tried the vegan tacos and he said it was missing something. I see that other reviewers have mentioned the same thing so maybe it’s best to skip that option.

3 vegan options! We tried 2 and both were excellent. And the servers were awesome. With the only all vegan place closed, we were delighted for healthy delicious choices.

If you’re a vegan and traveling SE AZ you’re lucky to find any vegan options. - Edit
This Mexican Resturant has only 3 options but they’re good. A soft taco dish with rice, fajitas with beans and a potato burrito. Food is good, staff is nice and there is parking which is a hard find in Bisbee. I recommend this Resturant.

I kinda feel like the management here said to themselves, "Hmmmm....what do vegans like? I know! Potatoes! And..um...quinoa!" Food is adequate but not inspired. The veggie fajitas are soggy. The vegan baked potato is pretty bland. Best bet are the tacos, but make sure you like quinoa.

Cheerful Cantina with Solid Vegan Options - Edit
The back of the menu had a section that made me smile - "for our vegan friends." We tried the vegan tacos and the baked potato with veggies. Of the two I thought the taco trio with black beans, quinoa, cabbage slaw and assortment of toppings was exceptional. The baked potato was very nice, but needed something extra like a vegan nacho cheese sauce or something. Nice margarita options and the staff were all terrific.

So happy this place has labeled vegan dishes. The portion size was good and I left full. The food was okay. It seemed a little bland for my taste. It could use some more spices to make it stand out. #Veganuary

Delicious Mexican food! - Edit
Delicious Mexican food! A super cute setting inside and a nice patio outside. The three dedicated vegan dishes were all delicious. We were a party of four and so we’re able to test each one of them. The baked potato was filled with plenty of vegetables including steamed broccoli. The fajitas had lots of juicy portobello mushrooms in them. We were very impressed and the waiting staff was excellent!
