Amazing! - Edit
Very delicious. Many creative vegan options in an area without much of anything. Bartender was very friendly and suggested drinks and food. Had the Guacamole, Huarache Vegano and Enchiladas Rojas made vegan. All good. You HAVE to try the Huarache Vegano.

Consuelo Authentic Mexican in Gainesville, GA - Edit
Consuelo is an excellent Mexican restaurant just off the square in downtown Gainesville. The space is lovely and very comfortable. The wait staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The menu is clearly marked with symbols depicting vegetarian and vegan dishes. They also indicate which dishes can be made vegan. The food was excellent. I had the Mole Vegano and my wife had the Huarache Vegano. Both dishes were beautiful in appearance, preparation, and taste. I am delighted to have found this joint.
