Came here for some good tacos and was not disappointed. We got a combo of 3 tacos - 2 cauliflower and 1 mushroom. They were really good. Especially liked the corn tortilla. Wish they added more vegan options.

In regards to people complaining about this place being too busy, we are talking about downtown Truckee. This city is nuts during tourist season. I happen to be here for my first time on the off season and will be adding this to my list of favorite spots. I really enjoyed the cauliflower tacos. I was eating solo and the bartender was great company as well.

Cheese in vegan order - Edit
My kids had cheese in vegan order. Order was placed online and it was possible to clearly mark no cheese. So there’s no excuse for this.

Food was also pricey for portion.
I liked the guacamole, salsa, and cauliflower taco was decent. But based on the mistake with cheese and other factors I wouldn’t recommend it.

Best vegan food in Truckee! - Edit
The cauliflower tacos and mushrooms tacos were amazing. You can even have both together and the salsa negra was delicious too (as were all the salsas).Having fresh corn tortillas and sides of rice and beans were great too! Also super yummy guac with pepitas. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful servers.

The cauliflower pastor burrito was really good - it had many different flavors and the cauliflower was spicy and worked well. Chips and salsa were great and came with two different salsas. Lovely outdoor seating.

Best house made salsas and cauliflower tacos! - Edit
We were so tired of eating French fries as a vegan option in Truckee when we found this gem in the main downtown area. Vegan cauliflower tacos, shishito peppers, house made chips and tortillas and the most incredible salsas! Great beer list. Wine in Truckee is pedestrian, but you will want beer anyway with the spice level. We were so full from our lunch, we skipped dinner completely. So good and will be back.
