Just keep in mind, this is the name for the owners shop that is two houses away, the hotel name is: 発酵一宇 Hakko Ichiu.

Cosy place with great local food - Edit
Stayed here overnight to explore Mt Tsurugi and the Iya valley. Was blown away by the dinner which had used a great variety of local vegetables, many from the owner's field, along with condiments such as homemade vegan mayonnaise. Many types of tempura were provided along with salads and grilled rice balls. Breakfast was also included and we were able to get bento the next day to take to the mountain. Lodgings were very simple but comfortable and we were made to feel at home by Ten-chan, a gorgeous Shiba-inu mix! Would definitely come again.
