Good Tendies!

Came during their 3-6 p.m. happy hour and had a veggie tendie basket for $6.99. Came with two tendies with Thai sauce, fries, and a little side of cole slaw (which i promptly handed to my partner bc milk). Tendies were freshly made, hot and crispy! Fries were also hot and delicious. Would definitely come back, even tho it’s a bit pricey for the quantity you get (even during happy hour). the stubborn soda agave vanilla cream soda hit the spot, too!

Pros: hot, crispy vegan tendies!

Cons: a little pricey for the quantity

Great Tendies

Comet has great Gardein tenders. I verified with the restaurant that they're prepared vegan, and they are AWESOME. Crispy coating, and the inside reminds of the big Gardein tenders you get in the frozen section (maybe they just double bread those?). A lot of the sauces are mayo based, but I tried the BBQ and spicy Thai and the Thai was awesome. Not sure where they learned what BBQ sauce is. Next time I'll try a bowl (most of which also seem very easily veganizable). This is a solid vegan tender!

Pros: More options than just a basket o' tenders
