Everything Required Modification - Edit
I agree with a previous reviewer that there are very few vegan options. Many of the items marked vegetarian include cheese which cannot be removed. Ask a lot of questions. The service was great and the ambiance is everything! I had the 1905 beans and rice minus the 1905 sauce…so beans, rice, tomatoes, onions and olive oil. It was delicious but not worth $18.

Very few vegan options - Edit
The 1905 dressing is not vegan (contains Worcestershire sauce and Parmesan) so if you get the 1905 beans, order it without the dressing.
Read moreThe Black Bean soup is vegan as is and served over rice.
The Eggplant Riojana can be made vegan without cheese.
The Chopped Tomato Salad can be made vegan with an alternative dressing.

One vegan option - Edit
The only vegan option on the menu is the black bean soup. It’s delicious, and served over rice so a pretty good sized meal. The sangria was good and they make it in front of you! Restaurant itself is very pretty inside and out

I don't know why this restaurant is listed in happycow? The only vegan option is soup, lmao. I am not eating soup and sangria for dinner.

volaré oh oh, cantaré oh oh oh oh! - Edit
wish i could give 5 stars! we reserved a table for the flamenco show with dinner and it was such a beautiful experience. the dancers were gorgeous, and having so much fun, and our waiter, an older spanish gentleman, was attentive and excellent. the cuban bread is delicious, and vegan without butter! the gazpacho can be made vegan ahead of time, and we each got a cup. the black bean soup is labelled clearly as vegan, and thus the 1905 black beans, which i got, are also vegan! the sangria was strong, but quite tastey! we were sat in our own little corner, but still were able to see the show, it was amazing!
Read morereservations are not required, but are highly recommended, as is the whole experience!
