Pub food - Edit
Good pub food option. My favorites were the apps, the spinach dip uses follow your heart cheese and the fried mushrooms were so good.

The food here would be amazing at any restaurant, even a fully vegan one! Food like this is rare in breweries, so it was a welcome surprise!

First vegan friendly brewery I've seen! - Edit
There's lots of breweries in Colorado, but this is the first one I've seen that is actually vegan friendly! All the soups are vegan by default and the dressings are dairy free. There are a few appetizers, entrees, and burgers that are vegan by default, and many other dishes say "plant based option available," which the server told me means vegan. The server was very knowledgeable about vegan options, even told us the assortment of vegan cheeses they have (mostly the Follow Your Heart brand). There was no upcharge to make a meal vegan.

Amazing vegan options - Edit
Wow I was so impressed with this brewery! On top of a great drink selection they have an extensive vegan menu. We got bbq seitan wings, mac and cheese, pierogies, and an ice cream sandwich. The staff was so friendly and loved our dog. We are in Denver but this was definitely worth the drive.

Great Seitan Wings - Edit
I had the seitan wings, which were good. They have around 10 sauce options, all of which are vegan. I tried their roasted cauliflower too, which was done well (nice and crispy… too many places have soggy cauliflower). They have plenty of other options, including a vegan Mac and cheese, impossible burger, and a mushroom dish. A lot of dishes have a note that they can be made plant based.

5 STARS! - Edit
YUM! This place is one of my favorites - I order from this place at least once a month. They have a ton of vegan options, and they are constantly adding more. They do mark the plant based options, but only for the items that can be completely replicated as plant based. You can ask for any of the burgers to be plant based as long as you're fine with no bacon, a specific kind of plant based cheese, etc. All of their sauces are vegan, which is amazing. They also have amazing vegan appetizer options (try the elote dip)! They also have a breakfast burrito on the weekends that can be made vegan. + Bottomless mimosas!

Mmm... beer and bites - Edit
The beer here has improved with time and it's a great spot to take omnivore friends and family - something for everyone. Also a good spot to get my seitan wing fix without hiking down to Watercourse or City O City

Lots of vegan options! - Edit
I love this place! The food is great. There are a lot of labeled vegan options. They change up the menu here and there and I’ve liked everything that I tried. The cauliflower appetizer is my favorite. The spinach artichoke dip is also really good. The food has always been really good quality and it’s normally really fast.

Best Vegan Food Ever - Edit
The birra tacos were so good I bought the kitchen a round of drinks. The mushrooms with horseradish dips was so so so tasty. This was the best vegan food experience I've had in almost 5 years. Can't wait to come back and have the vegan Mac, spinach artichoke dip, and elote corn dip! Also looked like there may have been a fantastic loaded nacho option. Just found my favorite place!!
Read more**I have now tried the vegan Mac (1 week later) and it's not cheesey. It's more like liquid creamy spice with veggies. It wasn't bad, but paled in comparison to those tacos!

Not as good now - Edit
I'm sad to say it just hasn't been as good for several months now. The cauliflower and mushrooms are still good and so is service but the Impossible Burger which I used to really like has been lacking in flavor and very subpar and the last time I went in they ruined the sweet potato fries but putting vinegar and salt on them which does NOT work. The Vegan mac was underwhelming and the Spinach Artichoke dip was not only uninspiring in terms of flavor but it was a tiny amount of dip. Definitely not worth it unless you want to pick up some appetizers to go.
Read moreOriginal Review- This is one of those rare gems that I readily recommend to everyone. The Bangin Cauliflower is amazing, the Mushrooms with horseradish sauce are yummy and the Impossible burger with vegan cheese and sweet potato fries is the bomb. They put a good amount of toppings on the burger so it's very similar to what I'd make at home.

The spinach artichoke dip was good but the Reuben was not very good. Also, the waitress claimed many things were vegan that ended up not being vegan. They also brought us chicken wings instead of seitan after I said vegan about 5 times.

Wow I haven't had any trouble with them at all. No issues with orders and the staff have been friendly each time. I hope you give them another try as I doubt new staff that don't get with the program are kept. The owner is usually there and you can ask to speak to him if you have an issue.

Omg the Reuben, the perogies, the spinach artichoke dip! Can’t wait to try the remainder of vegan options on the menu. The chef is mostly vegan and his wife is, so this is done right! Also, great view of the mountains.

Not great, service was poor. - Edit
I got the fried mushrooms and the artichoke dip, both just didn't taste good to me, I wouldn't order again. Also, and I know everyone is different but our server was rude the whole time, and at the end she snapped at me, and several of the other members at my table and no one was unkind to her at all. it was uncalled for. The whole table felt uncomfortable. I will say they have a lot of vegan options and a lot of vegan sauces, though I didn't think they were that good either... unfortunately my experience just wasn't nice.

I recommend that you try again. I got mushrooms that were really greasy and not good one time and they've been great every other time. I guess I got a new cook that one time. Our service has always been friendly so I'm sorry you had poor service. The owner is usually there working with the staff so you can ask to speak with him if you ever have an issue.

Great food, service, and beer. - Edit
The service here is fast, most of the options on the menu have vegan/vegetarian options and great drinks. The vegan options in this area are scarce. So it is nice that this place makes such delicious vegan items. Also they have a garden they get some of their vegetables out of. They also do a great job of sourcing local when possible.

Satisfying Bar Food - Edit
I am dreaming about going back here. The chef was so accommodating and the restaurant staff was so knowledgeable about the vegan dishes. Would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a large impossible burger, seitan buffalo wings or a great English toffee pudding for dessert. This place really hit the spot for us. Not to mention the great beer and cider options. Five star rating from me (the app won’t let me give a five star unless the place is fully vegan 🤷♀️). It deserves five stars though.

Amazing food, Great cocktails, incredible beer! - Edit
The restaurant serves food for omnivores and vegans. They are all about Plant based foods. We got to speak with the Brew Master and the Chef and WOW what an experience. We then had a vegan Philly cheesesteak sandwich (plant based) that was really yummy too. The beers (they knew to tell us which beers were not vegan (lactose added or not) were amazing as were the cocktails interesting and tasty. A place where everyone can come and enjoy local and creative food.

Vegan Option for Almost Every Menu Item - Edit
A very welcoming staff in a sports bar/restaurant atmosphere. Extensive selection of vegan options, mostly pub fare. Their brewery has many homemade varieties on tap, as well as guest taps and a full bar and wine selection. The staff is very knowledgeable about the vegan options. In fact, many items are vegan by default but aren't listed as such (Mushroom Appetizer, Salad Dressings, etc). This is nice because the atmosphere and menu are a perfect fit for non-vegan/vegetarian guests, making it a great restaurant for all.
