Love it

In Chicago for 3 days, hit Collectivo 3 times. Really good coffee. Outstanding vegan breakfast sandwich with just egg and impossible sausage. Good oatmeal with oat milk if you are feeling healthy. If you are not, tasty vegan ginger cookies.

Pros: Ample outdoor seating, Delicious coffee/espresso, Tasty breakfast sammy

Cons: No indoor seating

Meh coffee

I can't speak to their food, I only stopped in for a coffee but it was real mediocre. I don't know what brand of oat milk they use but my late was the opposite of creamy. They charge for plant milk as well.
I did see on their menu they have a couple veg food items like an impossible English muffin.
