Above Average, But Not Astounding - Edit
When I see vegan options on an Italian menu, I am automatically in love. As far as quality, taste, etc, the food is certainly above average, but doesn't stand out against some of their competitors (like Bella and Bodacious). Regardless, its location is great if you live in the Ghent area, and the inside aesthetics are something I dig.

great vegan pizza - Edit
Great vegan BBQ chicken and buffalo chicken. Whichever Daiya cheese they’re using is delicious!! The vegan pretzel appetizer is also sooo good.

vegan options not vegan - Edit
Pizzas are very good but beware if you are vegan, these are not formal vegan pizzas. They just switch out the cheese. Ordered the buffalo chicken pizza vegan (said it was available vegan) but it still had blue cheese and buffalo sauce with dairy on it. They did not replace the pizza when we pointed this out and only gave us 15% off that pizza. then upcharged us for the vegan pizza we ordered instead. Not a great experience in that regard but cool environment and pizza we could eat was good. Probably won’t go back.

Good vegan pizza - Edit
Cogan’s has some really good vegan pizza options for the area. If you’re looking for a greasy, late night (open til 2am!) vegan version of your favorite pizza, look no further than Cogan’s. Incredible beer selection as well.

Always awesome! - Edit
I loved coming here before becoming vegan, and still do! I must be the only one who loves the daiya cheeze, and I was a cheese addict! My husband and I both can enjoy options from here, he is not vegan. The garlic knots are super garlicky. Beer selection is always great too!

Vegan pizzas - Edit
The vegan pizzas are good, as other reviewers have said the cheese is not good but the meats are not half bad. Nice to have a place to get pizza and knots but definitely over priced.

Pizza is not good. - Edit
I got a vegan pizza with ‘caramelized’ onions, artichoke, and arugula. They use Daiya cheese which, in my opinion, is one of the worst vegan cheeses. The crust also wasn’t very good, and the onions weren’t even caramelized. Overall it tasted like a cheap, unappetizing pizza. The vegan garlic knots were pretty good though.

Descent pizza - Edit
Several good vegan pizza options. 3-4 pizzas in the vegan section of the menu. Garlic knots are also ok for us. Vegan options are definitely overpriced compared to the standard options. If you compare the two, the cheese we can have on a pizza adds $6.99 to each one. I still recommend going to try it because it was good. Overall rating of three stars due to price. The sunday we went had a $5 off deal on all pizzas.

I like that there are some good vegan pizza options but the extra cost is ridiculously expensive to me.

Pretty good - Edit
My husband and I have been here several times, we used to get the vegan pizza with Daiya cheese, but the vegan uncharge is ridiculous! We started ordering veggie pizzas with no cheese, and sometimes a side of vegan garlic oil to dip in for a little extra flavor. It's one of those places that's good enough and close by, so we go occasionally when we really want pizza. Also, I'm glad it's close by because I don't recommend using the bathroom there. It's always filthy.

Great Pizza & Vegan Sandwiches! - Edit
They offer a vegan BBQ chicken pizza that is amazing tasting! They also have vegan chicken or steak philly sandwiches that come with french fries. All are very fatty but delicious.
Read moreThey restaurant is a little run down. It's probably been there forever, so it's not the cleanest. It's like a local dive bar with an outdoor smoking section that you have to walk through to get in. The atmosphere is not great, so get take-out or delivery.
The prices are pretty steep.
Pros: great tasting food, delivery available
Cons: have to walk through smoking section, really pricey

Food is okay, but vegan upcharge is way overpriced - Edit
This place is known as a good local hangout that has vegan and veg options. A Big plus in a town that lacks vegan restaurant options.
Read moreThe atmosphere feels like a local bar that wants to be closer to campus with a few of your grandmother's old tables thrown in for seating. We ordered a veganized pizza and a couple of vegan sandwiches (fake meat) and enjoyed the meal once it eventually arrived. The food wasn't out-of-this world, but work-a-day good. Beer and pizza good. Not "oh my dog I'm coming back every week." The service was okay, but about what we expected.
The menu mentioned an up-charge for making items vegan, which we expected. What I didn't expect was a $3.99 charge per sandwich, and $6.99 up-charge for a pizza. The pizza already cost 18.99 and making it vegan was just a matter of adding Daiya instead of mozzarella. The sandwiches were regularly $7.99, so the up charge was more than 50% on those! By the way, fries instead of chips? Add another $1.
I don't mind paying a little more for vegan. Even mediocre food, but this is just crazy. If you're going to spend $13 for a sandwich and fries and $26 for a pizza, there are better options nearby and you'll be much happier paying the bill.
Pros: Has vegan options, There's room for improvement, Good beer selection
Cons: Expensive vegan up-charge, Food was just okay, Uncomfortable seating
