Açai…but Not as We Know It - Edit
While I have absolutely no doubt that this place is an excellent spot to dine, this showing wasn’t its finest. The chickpea & sweet potato sausage roll was sold out (a favourable sign, though bad news for me), so I opted instead for the açai bowl with a coffee and maple & pecan brownie to accompany it. The latter of these items were very good, the brownie in particular I thought was spot on. However, the main element, the açai bowl, was a bit of a let down. Though the flavour great, it was more of soup in its consistency and the dried fruit that was liberally strewn throughout had become near frozen making it quite an ordeal to work through the entire dish.
