Some vegan options - Edit
This place is suitable for having a breakfast in Ubeda. They have a wide variety of toasts, some of them are suitable for vegans (such as avocado with seeds). The place is very good given the decoration, the size of the portion and the very low price. Unfortunately they do not carry any other vegan items besides toasts.
