Freshly roasted - Edit
I was in the area and stumbled upon this great local shop. They are a cafe and micro-roasting company that do small batch, freshly roasted coffee from a wide variety of beans and single origin beans that includes organic.
Read moreThe latte and the espresso was really fresh and full of flavor. I look forward to trying the other menu options on my next visit. If you’re tea lover they have some decent selections as well.
I did notice they offer an array of brewing methods like pour overs, french press, nitro cold brew etc.
And at the time the plant based milks they use are almond and soy.

Underrated - Edit
A very cute coffee shop where a lot of locals come and hang out. It has a lot of comfortable seating areas including outdoor ones and meeting rooms. In fact, I think the Central coast vegans occasionally meet here if you want to check them out. The food is good but not always entirely vegan but accommodations can be made.
