Decent vegan sushi - Edit
This is a good option every once in a while for vegan sushi, especially when it’s happy hour. Half off sushi. Limited options, though.

Served us egg 🤢 - Edit
They have a vegan menu and we ordered off of it, specified twice during ordering that we were vegan, pointed to the vegan menu, double checked it would be vegan… then it arrived and the rice was egg fried. We only realised after taking a few bites so were quite upset.
Read moreWe asked for the manager and he just didn’t get it. Treated it just like any other wrong order that was no big deal, so we left without accepting their offer of cooking it again.
Highly don’t recommend ⚠️
Cons: Served us egg in our vegan meal, Manager doesn’t care about or understand veganism

Unsanitary - Edit
I was so disappointed in the sanitary precautions being taken, I cancelled my pickup order when I got to the restaurant. 5-6 staff members (not in the kitchen) were talking over, reaching over, and poking inside my open takeout boxes waiting to be bagged. No masks either. Some of the staff had an attitude when I expressed concern towards how my food was being handled. The manager, however, was very understanding.

So good! - Edit
Visiting Colorado family craving Asian cuisine, how could we pass up trying a place named “CO”. A short walk from our VRBO and we were there. The staff was a bit short, but the chefs made up for it in spades. We tried multiple items and enjoyed them all! Great flavors and unique vegan options kept even the kids happy.

Have a vegan menu! - Edit
Everything was so good! They have their own vegan menu so it was hard to decide what to get!! Everything sounded great too. I saw a review that really hyped up the edamame spring rolls and they were all out 😭 I wanted to try them so badly!! Ugh. Food was still great though!

Udon noodles were extremely oily and tofu bahn mi was plain. - Edit
Oily food can be expected when eating out, this was taken to another level. Did the top of the oil bottle come unscrewed when our dish was being prepared? I appreciate that they had a vegan menu, but they have some work to do with refining the dishes. I was excited about the tofu bahn mi, but it was nothing remotely special. Perhaps it was an off day, but I don’t plan on coming back.

The spicy udon is the best - Edit
Their udon has the best tofu I’ve ever eaten. Every time I go it tastes exactly the same. One of my favorite things to eat ever.

Good vegan sushi options - Edit
My fiancé and I came here for a quick bite. We split the edamame spring rolls and the tofu sushi roll and it was very tasty! We also go the blackberry sake which was the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend

Dumplings - Edit
We had LEMONGRASS TOFU Bahn Mi and the CRISPY EDAMAME SPRING ROLLS and it was GOOD! I will have dreams of the crispy edamame spring rolls. The Bahn Mi was less exciting but filling and those two items were enough to split for lunch. The restaurant itself was not busy but we did go in the middle of the week in the middle of the day. The staff was nice and the place was clean. We walked so didn't notice how parking was. I would highly recommend if you're around the area to pop in for a quick bite or maybe you end up ordering one of everything on the vegan menu!

Delicious, Busy - Edit
We went to CO on a Friday night; as it's located in the heart of Savannah, it's very popular, and we had to wait an hour to be seated. However, it was very delicious! The employee who seated us was pretty crass, but our chef was nice. Has a separate vegan menu, you have to ask your waiter for one. Wide selection of noodles/salads/etc. A great place for modern Vietnamese food - not cheap, but not horrible, either.

Disappointed - Edit
We were very disappointed with the food and the service we had. I had the Banh Mi lemon grass with tofu. It had a lot of short comings, the roll looked more like a Po Boy, and had the consistency of a hotdog bun. The pickled veggies was just some shredded carrots and cabbage and it cost $8. We also got the spicy udon tofu, it had good flavor (little too sweet) but it was swimming in a bath of sauce. $14 for just noodles and tofu.

Somewhat bland - Edit
It was a nice place, but it was so loud it felt like a sports bar. The table next to use was extremely drunk, banging on the tables and being rude. The service was good, however. The drinks were good. The edamame spring rolls were my favorite of the things we got.

Ask for the vegan menu - Edit
We went here on New Years Eve last year. (I know, Im behind on leaving reviews!) and the food was great. I had googled them and saw they had vegan options, and at first I didnt see them on the menu. When I asked the waiter, he brought me a special vegan menu. Food was slow (but Im chalking that up to being NYE) and my order came out wrong the first time (thankfully still vegan, but they added Jalapeno when I asked for none) which happens... I am willing to forgive. Food was VERY tasty when we got it and I would definitely go again. We got way more food than we expected, too.

Great service and food! - Edit
I love the fact that they had a vegan menu! We ordered the tofu banh mi and one of the vegan sushi rolls, which were both delicious. My favorite was probably the appetizer we ordered, the edamame gyoza; absolutely splendid. In fact, we dipped the banh mi in the sauce it came with and it took the slightly dry sandwich to a new level. Lastly, our waiter was SO nice. He was very accommodating and made sure that my appetizer was 100% vegan. Also, he suggested a local vegan restaurant for my mom and I to try. My only complaint would be to make the vegan menu apart of the actual menu so that more people would order the vegan options. Besides that, great!
