The whole experience - Edit
We went without knowing it was a set $50 11 course menu but we said OK and it was magnificent. The place is STUNNING and the people are lovely. So glad I went through with it despite the price!

A work of art - Edit
My partner and I dined here for our 9th year anniversary and had a very memorable evening. We’ve always wanted to have a fine dining experience since going vegan but never had the chance until now. They have three versions of their 11 course set menu, one of which they can make vegan at 950k dong per person.
Read moreFrom the outside, the building is rather impressive, like a modern take on a Gothic cathedral. The enormous pointed arch entranceway looked particularly spectacular lit up in the darkness. We were taken upstairs and sat in a dimly lit room, a sheer curtain separating us from the table adjacent, providing some privacy. To the other side of us, a large bouquet of white lilies and a stone water feature with floating tealights added to the atmosphere of sophistication and zen.
We started with drinks, which aren’t included as part of the set menu (but probably should be at this price point). My partner got the apricot wine—a thick, sweet dessert wine—about which he commented almost every sip how much he enjoyed. I ordered something fruity with a fancy sounding name which turned out to be your standard mango and passion fruit smoothie. Perhaps the dusting of gold leaf on the mango ball garnish was the justification for the 160k price tag.
In both taste and presentation, the food was quite wonderful. We especially liked the first dish, a tiny and delicious bite of curry-flavoured-something in a lychee, on a cucumber, under a tiny leaf, on top of a giant leaf. Despite the waiter’s directions, we weren’t completely sure which bits we were and were not meant to eat. In a panic, my partner grabbed the decorative petals and shoved them in his mouth, not wanting to miss out on the full flavour experience. I don’t think those petals were edible.
Each course continued in a similar fashion, with delicate portions presented as miniature works of art and us subsequently paying closer attention to the server’s eating instructions. I have to admit, not every single dish blew us away, but it certainly was a compelling flavour journey all the same. By the end of those 11 tiny plates we were absolutely stuffed—and they even offered us second helpings from the extra food they had left over! Even at such a fancy place, they are unwilling to be wasteful. Love to see it.
Finally, the staff made the experience extra special for us by surprising us with an anniversary message piped onto the dessert plate. A very unique evening that we won’t soon forget.
Pros: Beautiful presentation ✨, Unique flavour experience 😯
Cons: Serves dairy and eggs 🐣, Vegan set menu is more expensive 💰

Best plant based experience in all my travels. - Edit
I never give 5 stars to a non-vegan restaurant, but this place doesn’t deserve less than 5.
Read moreOverall the experience was amazing. They offer a 11 course set menu for 800K/person (plus service charge and plus drinks). We were 2 people and we paid a total of $95 (we have 2 set menus, 1 water and 1 tea cocktail). It’s obviously very expensive for Vietnam but the experience was totally worth it.
You need to let them know you are vegan so they make the menu diary and eggs free.
The presentation of the food is amazing. You can see it in the pictures. Same with the taste and textures, absolutely delicious. It also felt like we were eating clean and healthy.
The service was really good, with well trained staff. The waitress brought each dish and explained what it was and how to eat it to enjoy it the best.
The design of the building and the interior is really special too. A bit dark, but I liked that intimate atmosphere.
100% recommended, it was an unforgettable culinary experience.
If you want to still experience something similar food wise but without spending all that money, the same owner has two other plant based restaurants nearby. Sadhu, a buffet that costs around $15/person. I couldn’t try it but I saw great reviews. And Uu Dom, an a la carte restaurante with very good prices and very good food. You can see my review on their profile.

11 amazing courses - Edit
There was 2 set menu options, traditional Vietnamese and “Unique” the traditional set can easily be made entirely vegan, so we both went for that and it was delicious. A delicious 11 course meal, each one presented beautifully.

Pros: Everything is vegetarian, 1 of the 2 meal sets can be made vegan, Setting

Fine dining at its best. I’m not vegetarian, but it was still one of my top three meals ever. A really magical evening. #Veganuary

Fine dining at close to its best - Edit
Really beautiful atmosphere, exceedingly helpful staff, absolutely delicious food, this place would be perfect except that they initially were very confused about what I expected as a vegan. Once we had it figured out, and after telling several people, everything was perfect
Read morePros: Phenomenal everything
Cons: Not 100% vegan, It took some work to ensure everything was vegan, That's a bit unacceptable at this price point.

Fancy meal, but it would be greater if the price included drinks. Great anyway
