Vegan Broth - Edit
Menu specifies which dishes can be made vegan. Some dishes already come vegan, like the pho chay. Plenty of options. Friendly servers who are aware of vegan options.

We had a great meal here enjoying an order of spring rolls and the vegan pho--best pho we've had in a while! Will definitely go back and highly recommend!

Phonomenal! - Edit
New addition to the short list of my favorite restaurants in the USA! The food was amazing! We had the spring rolls and shared an order of the Curry with Tofu. Most things can be veganized. Staff was fantastic and very attentive. Took a bit of time for the food to come out, but very much worth the wait as it is prepared near perfection, if not perfectly! Flavor is spot on! Texture is spot on! All at a reasonable price. If in Waco, this is an absolute must!

Vegan Pho! - Edit
Clay Pot has the most vegan options in town, a friendly staff, and is rather affordable. The vegan pho is my favorite dish in town, the fried dumplings and fried tofu spring rolls are amazing. The fried rice can be made vegan, and there are vermicelli bowls available as well.

Delicious & Friendly - Edit
I was pleasantly surprised to find a place with multiple options in Waco. I got the veggie and tofu vermicelli bowl and it was great, I topped it with soy sauce and chili oil. The staff was also very friendly and recommended Tru Jamaican which was also good

Pretty good vegan options - Edit
I liked the Vegan Pho and my boyfriend likes the Vegan Curry. They have a new vegan dessert that is delicious! It's called Coconut Panna Cotta.

Decent options in a small city - Edit
There's not many vegan options in Waco so this place is a delight. The atmosphere is really nice and there's a few dishes to choose from. I would definitely go back if in the area.

New Vegans Pho - Edit
We loved the environment and they now offer vegan pho. I didn't care for the flavor, but it was my first time to have pho, so that may be normal. It was a lot of cilantro and what tasted like coconut. My husband got a clay pot and it was really good, as were the fried veggie dumplings. The staff were very knowledgeable and anticipated our needs, offering free tofu spring rolls and refilling our water often.

inexpensive and delicious - Edit
Though not entirely vegan, there are plenty of options. Quick and friendly service make it one of the best options in Waco, TX for vegan food! I recommend having a tofu spring roll and tofu curry.

My Favorite - Edit
I love coming to Clay Pot and sitting on their platform pillow seats, set up to look like what you'd find in a Vietnamese home. I almost always order their steamed or fried veggie dumplings, which is served with a sweet, salty miso sauce, the delicious mango curry with tofu, and a taro bubble tea. I've often thought about trying something new, but why mess with perfection?
