Serves meat, vegan options available. Cafe located in the Banjo Patterson Inn. Has two labelled vegan dishes including a veggie and bean pot pie served with salad and stuffed capsicums served with salad. Staff are very considerate of keeping the options vegan. Note that chips are cooked in the same fryer as meat products. Open Mon-Sun 12:00pm-3:00pm, 6:00pm-9:30pm.

So happy this is hear! - Edit
Coming to Jindabyne on Anzac Day long weekend naturally saw us with limited options for food, notwithstanding the vegan food factor.
Read moreWe were so lucky to do a stroll through town to see that this venue (Clancy’s / Banjo Paterson Inn) had a few vegan options to choose from!
Was the food amazing? No …
Was the fact that this exists in Jindabyne on a public holiday amazing? You bet! Especially for these hangry travellers.
The chef told us that the garlic bread is listed as vegetarian but is actually vegan as it uses margarine instead of butter.
We shared the 100% Plant Based Schnitzel and the Vegan Option Vegetarian Pot Pie. As mentioned previously here, the server mentioned that the vegan options were with steamed greens and mash (as opposed to chips and salad).
Both were hearty and filling and the staff were thrilled they could accommodate us.
Pros: Surprising Vegan options, Availability in a public holiday, Friendly staff

Knowledgeable staff and good food - Edit
The staff is well versed and knows what is vegan and what isn’t. The chips are fried with other meat products so they suggested mash instead. Very impressed by the offering and knowledge. We had the pot pie made vegan and the plant based chick’n schnitzel with vegan aioli and garlic bread.

Pros: Good food at good prices

Surprising for Jindabyne Pub - Edit
Pleasantly surprised by the meal at 'Clancy's Bistro'. The menu has two clearly labelled 'vegan options available' items (while two isn't much, I think for Jindabyne NSW in 2020 this is still an achievement) being whole bell peppers or vegetarian pot pie. I had the pot pie (the vegan option being chips, salad or vegetables but not mash). The chefs were happily accommodating. There is also an upstairs menu 'The Overflow' (pizzas and burgers) and while this doesn't list specific vegan options (vegetarian only), I figure you could grab a vego pizza without cheese.

Cons: Value, Variety of vegan menu options
