Lip smacking noodle - Edit
Deli style kitchen that offers a lot of vegan options. I've been there four or so times now and they never disappoint with the main noodle dish and customizable broth. Perfectly seasoned and could compete against T's Tantan. They used to have better tofu options, but now their vegan sides are roasted veggies or salads. The toppings that goes with the main dish are fun to experiment with, I highly recommend the crispy peppers on top of the vegan tantan.
Read moreStaffing is an issue, as they are either understaffed or undertrained at most times, and have tacked on an extra order to my bill, (meat, nonetheless) one which I did not even order.
I would say watch out for the labeling though, some say VEAGAN which means either vegetarian or containing shrimp products. Very confusing.
Pros: Delicious, customizable, plenty of variety
Cons: Staff, cold food, confusingly marked vegan options

Went here upon a friend's recommendation, and did not disappoint. But for the lack of vegan deli choices, it was a very pleasant experience. The food I tried was great, especially the green noodles with the tantan dressing.

Great noodle spot - Edit
I had a great experience at CityShop Noodle. You choose your noodle base and then 2 or 3 'dishes' from about 10 that are in front of you. I had tofu with a type of salad and very tasty dressing, and then a mixture of Japanese-style veggies for my other main. Then you choose a couple of 'toppings' as well. Fantastic flavours and all very fresh.

The man who served me spoke English although you could get by with just pointing at the noodles and dishes you want.
1400 for the noodles +2 dish option. 1600 for noodles +3. All very tasty. Wish there was one in Osaka!
