Bravo! Applause! Well done! - Edit

Surpassed expectations: I was pretty blown away by my entrée: a plant-based short rib (jackfruit)... Served with a charred carrot puree, a rich red wine mushroom sauce, stewed beans & vegetables atop herb-infused mashed potatoes, the dish was culinary poetry - lovely presentation and the flavors were deep, complex, and balanced. YUM!

Gotta say, we came here as a group of 6 - 2 vegans, 2 vegetarians, & 2 omnivores - and everybody felt their dietary paradigms were not just accommodated but celebrated. The menu is fairly evenly distributed so nobody's choices feel like an afterthought.

The vibe is 'classy pub' - a nice balance between lively and intimate thanks to a 3/4 high wall separating the bar from the restaurant. Feels like the kind of place that invites casual as well as sophistication. Pretty comfortable. Another nod to inclusivity.

Great place to go with a mixed crowd for a respectable meal.
