Great Options - Edit
This restaurant was a great stop along the road with few other options available. Two or three vegan/vegetarian options were available. Download directions before you go because there is no cell service in the area.

It's either this or Subway in Kellogg - Edit
You're going to have a tough time finding veg options in rural Idaho so it was definitely a surprise to find that this place had a few vegan options. Kitchen staff appeared to know what is vegan even if the server wasn't so sure. The options, though not marked, are pretty clear: a sweet and sour mixed veggie dish and a squash and chickpea entree served over white rice. There's also a house made chickpea/lentil burger that can be vegan if you leave off the cheese and mayo, and a blueberry/kale salad and strawberry/ spinach salad that appeared to be vegan if you leave off the cheese. The squash and chickpea dish was pretty tasty.

Pleasantly surprised - Edit
We visited on Feb 2, 2020. I was pleasantly surprised to see 2 vegan options plus a veggie burger that could be veganised. I had the squash and chickpea stew and switched the rice for fries. Absolutely fabulous. Would defo recommend.

Nice vegan option in small town - Edit
It was nice to find this option for eating out while traveling. I had the squash and chick pea over rice, hold the jalapeño. It was very tasty, though would prefer brown rice. It’s also gluten free if you don’t eat the pita chips. (Which were fried in oil.)My husband ordered the veggie burger hold the cheese and mayo on a wheat bun. He had a side of steamed broccoli on the side. He rated it a 3. We are planted based vegans that use no oil at home. He felt the burger was fried in oil but some people may not mind that. The wait staff was nice. It was a busy Sunday night.
