Amazing Indonesian vegan food with mock meat

It was amazing to see pictures of every dish in their menu and just randomly choose something - everything looked amazing! The food was great, many dishes had mock meat, which I love.

Fun spot!

I really enjoying taking their big menu, pointing to a mix of random dishes and seeing what they were like! They have a whole range of different foods from different Asian cuisines, and lots of traditional Indonesian dishes too. The pork belly buns and the satay chicken skewers were my favs! All of the dishes cost around 30k, with some being much larger than others (so with some combos you might want to order a few more dishes than others). Definitely worth a visit!

So good! 🤩🤤🌱

We had lunch at this beautiful restaurant and it was amazing!

We found it thanks to this app and I am so grateful for it as it is what we were looking for.

We love Asian food and wanted to try every single dish on the menu! 😅
We had the Ikan Gulai Arsik, Jamur Goreng, Pangsit Goreng, and the Sate Madura. (First and last a bit spicy for us but very yummy) all plates were very good, and so much flavour. If you don’t like deep fry stuff probably don’t order the mushrooms as it can be a bit heavy but everything else we tried was great!

Our driver had Nasi Pecel Jamur G and was happy too.
We both had mango juices very refreshing and fresh.

Service was great! Fast, efficient, polite and helpful.

The restaurant is VERY CLEAN and the Toilet is one of the cleanest I’ve been in Bali.

They also have free wifi and plenty of parking at the entrance.

We were there alone and then another table came in. It is not in a busy road.

We are just passing by these area so won’t be able to eat here again this time unfortunately but will definitely come back next time we come to Bali!!

I wanted to have the chocolate cake, however it was sold out, so I didn’t have any dessert as the rest were deep fried and there is only so much deep fried food my body can tolerate 😂

Pros: Clean and quite , Good quality food and cheap, Great customer service

Cons: I just hope they get enough customers (hidden), If you don’t like deep fried don’t let her those d

Cons: I meant if you don’t like deep fried food just don’t order those dishes and you should be fine😄
It is nice that it is not super busy but I really hope they get enough customers as they deserve to be known :)

Best vegan burger deal on the island

Okay let me turn you onto something. If you’re a budget vegan, THIS is where you should go. But the main thing you need to know is this: the burger deal cannot be beat. It has vegan cheese, vegan mayo, spicy sauce, pickles, lettuce, fries, and a little salad for 38k. Usually a serving of fries this size is 25k alone! You can’t get this deal with* vegan cheese, etc anywhere else. The bun was awesome with sesame seeds, soft, and toasted. And it’s big!
Tip: add salt to the fries. And I literally put the whole side salad on my burger, and it totally elevated the burger.
It was so good, I brought one home!!
—The bbq pork bowl- 35k is not bad, but it’s pretty bland with unseasoned fried tofu and white rice. I asked for extra bbq sauce to put on the bowl, and it was great then. The bbq pork meat is not great- kinda like chewy sheets of fake meat.
—The cake- it satisfied a craving, and was only 30k. It was good! Because I wanted cake. The flavor was exactly like a Walmart cake from the deli mixed with a hostess cupcake. That’s exactly how it tasted. And that’s not an insult. Sometimes that super unhealthy flavor can be exactly what you wish you could have when you’re vegan. And the slice was really big! If you hate the artificial flavor of a little Debbie type snack, don’t order the cake. But as an American, sometimes it hits the spot 😂
Also, it’s super clean in there!
Next time, I will bring my own container and bring the burger and fries home.

Yummy vegan food, clean, friendly service

Tasty vegan menu with plenty of choices! Friendly service.
This place was down a laneway away from the main road, and when we visited we were the only customers (possibly due to the location). The place is super clean with very minimalist decor or decoration.

Pros: Tasty vegan food, Quiet and clean, Friendly service

Deep fried, heavy on stomach

From a European perspective, everything was super heavy, deep fried, with a lot of baking soda. And almost no fresh veggies. 3 from a group of 4 had stomach issues.

Still, the place is extremely clean, and the food was honest. The Ingredients were high quality. The staff was super friendly as well. Juices were fresh.

But we won't come back. I expect vegan food to be healthy.

I find this with most Indo food to be honest, very fried and greasy. I guess a lot of Indonesians like that kind of thing

Revelation!!

Finally authentic Balinese food - real heat and spice. Not the bland uninspiring food catered to western palates masquerading as Balinese cuisine in 5 star hotels! Love it!! #Veganuary

Pros: Rendang, Spinach, Mine Goreng

Cons: Portions size is for individuals , Cash only , Not the most comfortable seats

Excellent food!

There’s an extensive menu and many traditional Indonesian items like Rendang, Cap Cai, and Sambal based dishes. Prices are very reasonable and portions were generous without being gargantuan. Staff is friendly and efficient, but service can get slow when there’s only one person working. If you’re in a hurry, then be willing to go up and ask to order or ask for the bill.

Pros: Rendang had great flavors, Lots of items including traditional Indonesian , Very fair prices

Cons: Can be slow service , Some times can run out

A gem!

Best way to try authentic local food here with all the mock meats and strong flavors! It's absolutely delicious! It's really a gem in the area, made by passionate Chinese Indonesians who believe in the cause and not just tapping into vegan tourism. Friendly staff. Small portions for cheap, so you can try a lot! We ate here several times and everything was sooo good

Pros: Huge local menu, Vegan creations to make authentic flavors, Affordable prices

Delicious

I had no idea what anything was but we just chose pictures we liked and everything was delicious. Loved the satay sticks.
Edit - we went back a second time and it was so good. Obsessed!

Great, especially if you like the taste of meat

We ordered several times via Gojek/Grab & the food was always very good.
Some things can be very spicy, so be carefull before pouring tge sauces (which are mostly packed seperately)
I especially recommend this restaurant if you like meat alternatives, since they offer a lot of them.

Pros: Fair prices, Meat alternatives, Sauces packed seperately for delivery/takeaway

Honest food

The food was very well prepared. Not a pretentious place. What they had was what they were able to serve, quietly, promptly; and it was tasty!

Pros: The food, The service

Cons: The location is quite off the main road

Very good local food

The food is great. Lots of options. Vegetables are fresh. Service is quick. The dishes with chilli are super hot. Price is cheap, well worth the money, each dish is around Rp30,000-35,000 only. The only thing to watch out for is it is hard to find. It is in a dark lane and entrance is from the car park. No lit signage. It's next to Axara Bali hotel.

Pros: Very reasonable prices, Quick service

Cons: Hard to find this place

Best Indonesian food we have had so far

Best Indonesian food we have had so far. Vegan versions of almost all Indonesian dishes were available here, which was great as we really wanted to try local food, but it was sometimes not so easy to find without meat. The staff was incredibly friendly and the prices very fair. We will definitely come again!

Pros: All Indonesian dishes as vegan versions, Friendly staff, Fair prices

Cons: None

We ordered takeaway from here a few times. There are so many different options, lots of mock meats/fish. The buns were great, as was the massaman and chocolate cake. Highly recommend & great value!

Amazing find!

Me and my partner was in the area picking up a camera and I was so hungry before our journey back, so I was very happy to see this eatery on the happy cow app!
The food was SUPER cheap, staff were lovely and welcoming, food was delicious!
I had to get takeaway and it was still very nice when we got in 50 mins later.
All 4 items cost me 81,000 (~£4).
Would love to go back here when I’m next in the area!
The place is also very clean and modern.

Pros: Amazing menu , Fully vegan, Great service and cheap

AFFORDABLE VEGAN FOOD

I'm so thankful a new & fully vegan spot is available in this area! It's not as easy to find vegan food in Southern Kuta compared to Northern Kuta (Seminyak, Canggu) & Ubud.

The restaurant is minimalist and super clean. Plenty of dishes to choose from at SUPER AFFORDABLE price (The most expensive dish here cost 30k!) The portion was decent as well. I had a satisfying feast w my friends. The three of us ordered 6 items and the total was only around 150k! We even had to take-away some leftover.

MUST TRY the BBQ rice bowl & sate madura. I also really liked the jengkol and rendang, but those have pungent flavors, so might not suit everyone's taste.

Definitely stop by here if you're in the area.

🎥 I featured this place in my “10 CHEAP Vegan Spots in Bali” video on YouTube (Misus Yaya)
