Super impressed with everything right from the minute I walked through the door. I was greeted like I was a long lost friend! I was meeting a friend there and they had no problem with me grabbing a table while I waited. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I really appreciate that. My friend and I sat and talked for hours and they made sure to check on us to see if we needed anything! I'll definitely be back!

We stood in line on opening day in the freezing cold weather and the cinnamon rolls were all we could’ve hoped for and more. Definitely worth the wait that day and we have been back many times since. My favorite is amaretto frosting with fresh raspberries. So many options and all vegan!

Cinnaholic is amazing. Everything in the shop is vegan. I can’t remember the last time I had a fresh cinnamon roll before this place opened. They have so many icing flavors and toppings to choose from.

Oh my goodness...everything in the entire bakery is 100% vegan guaranteed!!! It’s the most delicious cinnamon rolls you’ll ever eat. Made from scratch, 20+ frosting flavors 20+ toppings. Also cookie dough scoops (safe to eat raw) marshmallows (VEGAN!!) cream cheese frosting, vegan mini milks, lattes, ALL VEGAN. ITS HEAVEN.

I tried Cinnaholic once before in L.A and loved it. So when I heard they were opening in Knoxville, I waited as patiently as possible for them to open! You can get an original cinnamon roll or create your own. They have a ton of frosting flavors and toppings. Some of the toppings include cookie dough, brownie bites, fruit, Oreos, jam, caramel, nuts, etc. And everything is vegan!! We tried two of their suggested cinnamons, pecan pie and the Smokey mountain. Both were great but the pecan pie was incredible! We also got two more to go, Cookie Monster and one with Oreos, birthday cake frosting and sprinkles. Besides cinnamon rolls they also have cookie dough by the scoop, cakes, brownies and cookies. Even though it was packed the staff was super friendly and greeted everyone warmly. Such a great addition to Knoxville!
