Great options, very fresh - Edit
Had a great time chowing down on this beautiful meal full of bold flavors and fresh veggies. It’s a build a bowl kind of model and the outcome was INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Indian flavors, excellent vegan options, very fresh. Friendly service, each topping was throughly explained. House-made fennel mint lemonade made with organic agave was a perfect addition. Absolutely would go back!

Great option for takeout. - Edit
This was a “Chipotle” style places where you choose what goes in each dish. So many vegan choices and not many things are up-charged, so you can get as much as you want. I wouldn’t recommend the samosas they’re the only thing unreasonable priced. $4 for a few samosas the size of silver dollars. Everything else is great.

Amazing Indian Food with So Many Choices - Edit
Choose a base (they’re all vegan). I chose Quinoa Khichdi.
Read moreAdd a protein (the two vegan options are Street Style Chickpeas and Tofu Bhurji). The owner suggested I get both. 👍
Add toppings (all are vegan). I got Purple Cabbage Salad, Desi Cucumber Salad, Chatpata Avocado, Cilantro, and Red Onion.
Finish with a sauce (most are vegan). I got Cilanter Coolada Sauce and Sweet and Spicy Tamarind, which is listed as including honey, but the owner said they’ve switched to agave.
My competed bowl was amazing, just the right amount of spice (I can’t handle much ☹️), and was nice sized portion. If the place was fully vegan, it would’ve gotten 5 stars.
I will definitely be back!

Lots of options! - Edit
I like what these folks are doing. Lots of customizable build your own options for vegans. I tried the tofu and rice in a bowl with a bunch of toppings. I wish the tofu had been a bit firmer, but it was well seasoned. I think I’ll try the chickpeas or lentils next time.
