Chuys has a pretty decent menu for vegan options.

Their salsa is ok in my opinion. Not the best (it has a carbonated consistency) but not the worse to where I won’t eat it.
Their refried beans are really good!
Staff has always been friendly and make sure that I am getting all vegan options.
This is a great place to go if you have non vegan friends or family visiting to ensure that everyone can eat something they enjoy.
I would definitely recommend giving chuy’s a try!
