A Decent Number of Vegan Options - Edit
I visited the food truck location in Vodnik Square. A good amount of vegan options including pad Thai, udon, and fried rice. The pad Thai was fairly good, though I wish it had been spicier!

Tasty vegan pad thai - Edit
Convenient place to get very tasty vegan dishes. You can choose from 4 different main dishes and one appetiser. All noodle dishes are made with the same sauce so they taste preety similar. They coat 7-8 eur. My favourite is vegan Pad Thai. I always bring my own bowl so I can get food package free to go.
