A good stop while on a roadtrip during holiday season. While most of the other HappyCow listed restaurants are closed, this one was opened on New Year's Eve. The owner and chef were very nice. There were good selections on the menu that can be made vegan. As requested, the food was also not too salty or spicy. We had vegan samosas, roti, okra and eggplant dishes, along with a bowl tomato soup. Good tastes!
