Vegan Churros - Edit
The churros were super tasty and made to order. All of the churro bases are vegan. There was one vegan filling and multiple vegan toppings (all labeled). Flavor-wise they are four stars, but the center was a bit raw. This did not deter me, and I assume this is likely not always the case. They do not advertise the churros are vegan, and it is barely mentioned on the website. But if you ask, the shop is vegan-aware, vegan-labeled (v), and patient while explaining the choices. The vegan sorbet option was mango, and it was pretty tasty but sweet. It would be awesome to see some added vegan fillings and non-dairy-based ice cream, but it’s still a fun stop! #Veganuary
